We are glad to announce that the Shares of our Company have been listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. [NSE] and accordingly the trading of shares will commence w.e.f. 15.06.2010 on the said Exchange.

You are aware that our shares are already listed on The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. And at present our shares, having face value of Rs.5/- each is being traded at the market price of Rs. 107/-.

NSE is a Stock Exchange recognized at International level. Since our shares are now listed on the said Exchange our Company will henceforth be recognized at international level. Foreign investors can also choose our Company for making investment in the shares.
